Junior DevOps Engineer - Remote

Overview

At CyberCare, we build and run AI-powered customer support tools used by millions worldwide. Our AI chatbot helps people get answers quickly and effectively and we need someone eager to learn how to keep the systems behind it running smoothly. You’ll work alongside experienced engineers, gaining skills in infrastructure, automation, and monitoring.

In Short

• Assist in setting up and maintaining Kubernetes-based development and production environments for our chatbot AI.
• Help monitor system health, performance, and security.
• Support troubleshooting of hardware, software, and operating system issues.
• Learn and contribute to automation scripts and tooling.
• Collaborate with the team to explore what’s technically possible and shape the product.

Requirements

• 6+ months of experience (or solid personal projects) in IT, system administration, or related field.
• Basic Linux server administration skills.
• Familiarity with Kubernetes.
• Some experience with Bash scripting or another programming language.
• Interest in infrastructure security best practices.
• A problem-solving mindset and eagerness to learn from other team members.
