Requirements

  • Bachelor’s Degree in relevant discipline.
  • 13+ years of relevant experience in sales/account management.
  • 7+ years of experience in pharmaceutical manufacturing or distribution.
  • Strong negotiation skills with financial acumen.
  • Experience in contract negotiations and product launches.
  • Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite.
  • Experience with contract management databases and Salesforce preferred.
  • Strong written, oral, and presentation skills.
  • Ability to build partnerships in a cross-functional environment.
  • Collaborative sales experience with demonstrated ability to influence.
