Field Service Technician, Automation - Remote

Overview

The Field Service Technician (FST) at McKesson is responsible for installing, maintaining, troubleshooting, and repairing client systems and equipment in the healthcare sector. This role includes both on-site and off-site work, requiring travel within Canada.

In Short

• Install, set up, and maintain client systems and equipment.
• Perform troubleshooting and repairs on hardware and software.

Requirements

• Electronic, Electrical, Robotics or Electro-mechanic college degree.
• 2+ years of relevant experience preferred.
• Experience with pneumatic and robotics systems.
• Ability to work independently and manage multiple priorities.
• Excellent interpersonal and communication skills.
• Valid driving license and ability to travel frequently.
• Physical capability to move equipment weighing up to 30Kg.
• Experience in healthcare or pharmaceutical industry is an asset.
• Demonstrated leadership and customer satisfaction standards.
• Must be autonomous and show initiative.
