  • Build and strengthen relationships with existing clients.
  • Identify opportunities to expand Onit’s footprint within current accounts.
  • Collaborate with Sales Engineering and Professional Services teams.
  • Serve as the main point of contact for client inquiries.
  • Attend industry events to grow your network.
  • Work closely with the Client Success team.
  • Update CRM systems with account details and forecasts.
  • Prepare and present account development strategies to senior leadership.

Requirements

  • 2+ years of experience in SaaS account management or sales.
  • Proven track record of building strong client relationships.
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
  • Self-motivated and goal-oriented.
  • Strong problem-solving skills.
  • Experience with Salesforce.com, Outreach, and LinkedIn Sales Navigator is a plus.
