In Short

  • Join the professional services team as a Senior Support Analyst.
  • Provide ongoing product support and troubleshooting for OneTrust customers.
  • Manage complex support cases and collaborate across teams.
  • Develop knowledge of the OneTrust platform and related technologies.
  • Work in a hybrid schedule with in-office collaboration.
  • Participate in on-call shifts for customer support.
  • Maintain certifications in privacy industry expertise.
  • Contribute to process improvement and knowledge sharing.
  • Build rapport with customers and manage varied workloads.
  • Flexible working hours including weekends and late shifts.

Requirements

  • Bachelor’s or master’s degree in a related field.
  • 12 months experience with the OneTrust Privacy platform or related technical skills.
  • Strong problem-solving and analytical skills.
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
  • Ability to troubleshoot complex web-based software.
  • Knowledge of development processes and programming languages.
  • Willingness to work alternative shifts.
  • Experience in customer service and support roles.
