Product Manager, Banking - Remote

Overview

The Product Manager for Banking at OnePay will own the core deposit and money-movement experiences, leading initiatives that drive trust and growth.

In Short

• Own and ship core banking features across overdraft, checking, savings, and cards.
• Improve funding and activation flows (KYC, first funding, first-use milestones).
• Grow direct deposit setup and reliability.
• Make account linking simple and reliable.
• Work closely with engineering, design, analytics, risk, compliance, and support.
• Translate banking and regulatory rules into customer-friendly flows.
• Track and improve key results related to card activation and direct deposit adoption.

Requirements

• 4–7 years of product management experience in consumer fintech/banking.
• Strong technical skills with core banking systems and compliance concepts.
• Proven execution of regulated features at scale.
• Cross-functional leadership experience.
• Strong communication and decision-making skills.
