• Join UR's product team as a Card & Payment Product Manager.
• Own and scale foundational components like cards, fiat rails, and multi-currency infrastructure.
• Collaborate with banking product owners and cross-domain teams.
• Drive card program expansion and banking rail integrations.
• Define and scale multi-currency infrastructure for deposits and spending.
• Embed risk rules and controls within core flows.
• Create user-centered product experiences for diverse audiences.
• Coordinate with product strategy and web3 product counterparts.
• Work in a fast-paced, ambiguous environment.
• Contribute to a mission-critical role in product strategy.

Requirements

• 5+ years in product management, preferably in fintech or crypto-native neobanks.
• Experience in launching banking or card products.
• Strong systems thinking ability and product requirement skills.
• Experience working with Chinese-speaking engineering teams.
• Familiarity with core banking systems and regulatory constraints.
• Fluency in Chinese (spoken) and English (spoken and written).
• Clear communication and structured thinking skills.
• Interest in crypto, DeFi, or fiat-crypto systems is a bonus.
