Project Manager (Client Success team), IXT - Remote

In Short

• Coordinating with geographically distributed client business users and IXT development teams.
• Creating monthly and weekly plans for clients and IXT team.
• Building logical and detailed documentation for requirement analysis.
• Identifying project risks and dependencies.
• Providing user training plan and managing client onboarding.
• First layer of communication with existing clients.
• Complying with IXT product SLA.
• Partnering with senior executives at insurance organizations.
• Working closely with marketing and product teams.

Requirements

• 3-5+ years of experience in a customer-facing role in B2B software.
• Fluent in business English / Mandarin.
• Exceptional communication skills in Chinese and English.
• Excellent customer success skills.
• Able to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment.
• Attention to detail and high standards of work.
• Ability to work with remote teams.
• Self-motivated and excited to make a difference.
