Overview

As a Client Success Manager in our AI education company, you will be the driving force behind our students' learning and implementation journey, ensuring they achieve breakthrough results in their businesses.

In Short

• Drive student success with AI implementation within the first 4 days of program enrollment.
• Guide students through our learning platform and curriculum.
• Create and facilitate study groups and success discussions.
• Monitor student engagement and completion rates.
• Build and maintain strong relationships with students.
• Provide technical support for course platform and AI tools.
• Track and improve course completion rates.
• Measure and improve student implementation rates.
• Gather insights about student success and challenges.
• Develop strategies to maintain student engagement.

Requirements

• Experience in client success or customer support roles.
• Strong communication skills in English (C2 level required).
• Familiarity with AI concepts and tools.
• Ability to analyze learning outcomes and provide feedback.
• Experience in program management or education.
• Technical aptitude to support students with AI tools.
• Strong relationship-building skills.
• Ability to work remotely and manage time effectively.
• Willingness to work during CST business hours.
• Passion for education and helping others succeed.
