Financial Analyst - Remote

Overview

We are seeking a highly motivated and detail-oriented Financial Analyst to join our team. This role plays a crucial part in maintaining accurate financial records, optimizing accounting procedures, and supporting strategic decision-making. The ideal candidate will have a strong foundation in bookkeeping, cost analysis, and financial reporting, with the ability to collaborate across teams and adapt to a dynamic, fast-paced environment.

In Short

• Handle full book of TW entity book-keeping.
• Liaises with external auditors and accountancy firms.
• Support existing accounting procedures and develop recommendations for improvement efforts.
• Process bills and invoices and ensure the quality maintenance of payment transactions.
• Handle expense payments, including but not limited to employee reimbursements and vendor payments.
• Conduct report preparation at regular intervals (daily, monthly, quarterly and annually).
• Business Partner with the Operation team, Product team, and Sales team in Taiwan and Hong Kong through proactively providing support on commercial decisions, performance and opportunities.
• Conduct cost analysis for each project as the role evolves.
• Adhoc project work from time to time, pending company initiatives.

Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree in Accounting, Finance, Economic, or Business Administration is preferred.
• Fluent skill in Microsoft Excel is a must.
• Strong analytical thinking skills, ability to think creatively, highly-driven and self-motivated.
• Working experience in Big 4 CPA firms will be a plus.
• Fluent in English is a plus.
• Energetic and hard-core team player, able to work under pressure.
