We offer a diverse range of digital insurance products, including pet, medical, fire, and home insurance. To further enhance our services, we are seeking a Veterinary Consultant to join our team and support the launch of an innovative pet care consultation feature within our app. In this role, you will leverage your professional expertise to provide pet owners with valuable advice on health, wellness, and care, ensuring a trusted and engaging experience for our customers.

In Short

• Provide online consultation services for 2-3 hours daily, five days a week, with flexible adjustments based on demand.
• Respond to user inquiries related to pet health, nutrition, and behavior through the app's backend.
• Offer clear, accurate, and empathetic advice tailored to each user's questions.
• Collaborate with the app team to ensure a smooth and user-friendly consultation experience.
• Maintain professional and ethical standards in all user interactions.
• Suggest content or features to enhance the app's value for pet owners.

Requirements

• Hold a valid veterinary license with at least 3 years of clinical experience.
• Familiarity with animal medicine (cats and dogs) including common health issues and preventive care.
• Excellent written communication skills to explain complex medical information in simple terms.
• Experience in online consultation or telemedicine is preferred.
• Passionate about animal health and welfare with a user-centered service mindset.
