Product Manager, IXT - Remote

Overview

We are looking for an experienced and competitive Product Manager who will be responsible for driving, developing, and managing B2B Insurtech product development and delivering the insurance core system.

In Short

• Conduct marketing and competitor research to understand the Insurtech ecosystem.
• Manage product roadmap and backlog for optimal resource utilization.
• Work with UX/UI designers to develop user stories and prototypes.
• Lead scrum meetings and enhance development processes.
• Collaborate with cross-functional stakeholders for product enhancement.
• Contribute to a user-centric and product-led company culture.
• Participate in product learning and innovation sessions.
• Establish product prioritization principles.
• Negotiate ambiguous situations and drive rapid decisions.

Requirements

• 2 to 5+ years of experience in product management.
• Highly independent and a self-starter.
• Able to work in a fast-paced product-led environment.
• Candid and able to give hard feedback with empathy.
• Demonstrate curiosity and passion for learning.
• Detail-oriented and self-learner.
• Familiar with agile software development methodologies.
• Accountable for a broad area of the product.
• Track record of solving real problems and delivering outcomes.
• Fluent in Mandarin, proficiency in English is a plus.
