Business Development Manager - Remote

Overview

ON Services is a national, full-service event production company specializing in audio visual design, lighting, scenic, and creative production for corporate events, trade shows, and live experiences. The organization is comprised of three segments, ON Site, ON Events, and ON Tour, working together to deliver seamless execution for all events.

In Short

• Develop and execute strategic business development plans aligned with revenue goals.
• Identify and target new clients across corporate events and live production markets.
• Drive outbound prospecting efforts including calls, emails, and networking.
• Build and maintain a consistent pipeline of qualified opportunities within the CRM.
• Lead structured discovery conversations to identify client goals and requirements.
• Qualify opportunities to prioritize high-value prospects.
• Convert leads into revenue-generating opportunities through effective relationship management.
• Collaborate with internal teams to develop tailored event solutions.
• Support proposal development and maintain ongoing client relationships.
• Track all prospecting activity and analyze performance metrics.

Requirements

• Proven experience in business development or sales, ideally within event production.
• Experience in a SaaS or consultative sales environment preferred.
• Strong communication, presentation, and relationship-building skills.
• Experience with CRM platforms and managing sales processes.
• Ability to lead discovery and align solutions to client needs.
• Self-starter with the ability to operate independently in a remote environment.
• Bachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing, or related field preferred.
