In Short

  • Assist in the administration and coordination of employee benefits.
  • Maintain accurate records of benefits enrollments and changes.
  • Work closely with benefits vendors to ensure service delivery.
  • Monitor compliance with local benefits regulations.
  • Record processes and update customer-facing collateral.
  • Partner with departments for consistency in benefits administration.
  • Respond to benefits-related queries.
  • Assist in gathering and analyzing data on benefits market trends.
  • Identify opportunities to improve benefits processes.
  • Participate in prospect sales calls providing benefits knowledge.

Requirements

  • Proficient in English with great communication skills.
  • Confident and client-facing.
  • 1-2 years of experience in benefits administration or HR.
  • Curious about learning benefits in multiple countries.
  • Able to manage multiple tasks effectively.
  • Detail-oriented with accurate documentation.
  • Proactive problem-solver with a customer-focused mindset.
