Requirements

  • 2-3 years benefit experience in HR, as a broker, or related field
  • Associates Degree in Business or Human Resources or related field
  • Experience with online benefit administration for at least two years
  • Customer service and detail-oriented skills
  • Able to manage multiple projects simultaneously
  • Flexible with work schedule
