Overview

The Senior Reporting Director will support the Data Partner, EMEA in scoping, delivering, and managing all team solutions for Omnicom’s largest automotive account, leading a highly skilled team in Reporting, Engineering, Taxonomy Governance, Tag Management, and Data Governance.

In Short

  • Lead the Marketing Intelligence and Reporting team in delivering scalable solutions.
  • Oversee data operations and reporting solutions globally.
  • Design and maintain data taxonomies and governance.
  • Collaborate with US and India teams for integrated solutions.
  • Manage client relationships and ensure high-quality output.
  • Drive team development and knowledge sharing.
  • Implement flexible and hybrid working models.

  • Support in creating and delivering pitch content.
  • Participate in performance feedback and development sessions.

Requirements

  • 8+ years of experience in data operations or related fields.
  • 5+ years in Media/Advertising companies preferred.
  • Experience in campaign performance reporting is desirable.
  • Strong understanding of reporting and governance best practices.
  • Ability to coordinate across geographically distributed teams.
  • Knowledge of Power BI and SQL.
  • Experience in leading large teams.
  • Understanding of automotive industry metrics is a plus.
  • Ability to define and operationalize processes.
  • Strong communication skills across diverse teams.
