Overview

Fuse is looking for an experienced Senior Account Manager who is an excellent leader and thrives within a fast-paced agency environment, managing key clients with Football partnerships.

In Short

• Point of contact for 2 key clients with Football partnerships.
• Manage communications and approval processes.
• Oversee ticket and event delivery for clients.
• Lead financial reconciliation for clients.
• Manage one or more Account Executives.
• Ensure timely responses to client inquiries.
• Oversee global communications management.
• Support on-site events and match days.
• Work flexibly, primarily in the London office.
• Full-time role with eligibility to work in the UK.

Requirements

• Experience in marketing and managing partnerships.
• Project/Account management experience in sports brands.
• Knowledge of ticketing portals and guest management systems.
• Strong Microsoft Excel skills.
• Understanding of financial processes and strong analytical skills.
• Experience managing mid to senior level clients.
• Ability to motivate and manage project teams.
• Proactive mindset and can-do attitude.
