Overview

The Omnichannel Automation Specialist (OAS) plays a pivotal role in supporting the Campaign Automation team and the Next Best Action (NBA) Centre of Excellence. This role focuses on managing the end-to-end lifecycle of omnichannel automated campaigns for marketing, medical, and market access teams globally.

  • Translate business rules into configurations within marketing automation tools.
  • Collaborate with diverse global stakeholders.
  • Conduct quality checks and user acceptance tests.
  • Ensure on-time, high-quality delivery of campaigns.
  • Provide feedback and recommendations for campaign optimizations.
  • Document and optimize omnichannel automation processes.
  • Share knowledge and best practices across teams.
  • Collaborate with IT and vendors to enhance tool functionality.
  • Provide regular status updates on campaign progress.

Requirements

  • Relevant degree in Marketing, IT, Pharma or related field preferred.
  • 2-3 years of experience in campaign automation and omnichannel marketing.
  • Proficiency with marketing automation tools.
  • Advanced experience with Excel.
  • SQL proficiency is a must.
  • Expertise in quality assurance testing and troubleshooting.
  • Strong communication skills.
  • Proactive problem-solving abilities.
  • Ability to mentor team members.
  • Fluency in English.
