Omega CRM Consulting is looking for a Web Services Operational Project Manager that would like to collaborate with one of the top global pharmaceutical companies.

In Short

• Collaborate with cross-functional stakeholders across multiple regions.
• Monitor and optimize service quality and cost-effectiveness.
• Ensure adherence to Service Operations Tools (Jira and ServiceNow).
• Lead implementation of a new help desk in collaboration with IT.
• Plan and operationalize pilot programs for new services.
• Support execution of the platform migration roadmap.
• Produce reports on incidents and service requests.
• Collaborate with the product team on process requirements.
• Support creation of technical training content.

Requirements

• Academic background in Project Management, Marketing, IT, or related field.
• Minimum 5 years of experience in web projects.
• Strong understanding of web infrastructure and lifecycle management.
• Experience working in Drupal environments.
• Proficiency with service operation tools, particularly Jira and ServiceNow.
• Detail-oriented individual eager to learn and contribute.
• Ability to collaborate effectively with IT and cross-functional teams.
• Analytical mindset focusing on governance and service quality.
• Fluent in English and comfortable in international environments.
• Strong organizational skills and ability to work independently.
