Field Service Project Manager - DES Operations - Remote

Overview

The Field Service Project Manager will be responsible for overseeing the ongoing operations and maintenance (O&M) of our battery storage, EV Chargers and PV systems throughout the US and Canada.

In Short

• Responsible for customer success and satisfaction during O&M stages.
• Proactively communicate with OEMs and vendors for maximum uptime.
• Manage technical O&M responsibilities and ensure compliance with workflows.
• Conduct site visits to determine root causes of issues.
• Oversee field service management functions for timely work order completion.

• Resolve warranty claims with OEMs and vendors.
• Identify improvements in installation and commissioning practices.
• Document and optimize Field Services Storage O&M processes.
• Support key operations initiatives for technical availability.
