In Short

• Provide support to the asset monetization function through the different stages of the development cycle in various energy markets throughout North America.
• Understand market dynamics and integrate views on wholesale, ancillary service, and regional tariffs and prices to support project underwriting.
• Optimize BTM and FTM distribution connected use cases.
• Leverage third parties to vet market assumptions impacting revenue.
• Coordinate engagements and workstreams with third parties.
• Identify material assumptions and ensure defensible views across each stage of a project.
• Work across departments to facilitate feedback from stakeholders.
• Model customer use cases and quantify revenue & savings potential.
• Utilize analytical tools, primarily Excel and/or VBA for modeling revenue assumptions.
• Synthesize new information and understand implications for projects.

Requirements

• BS in engineering, economics or related field with a passion for power systems and renewable energy.
• Strong understanding of wholesale and retail BTM energy concepts.
• Ability to manage workstreams and engage with third parties.
• Analyze complex problems and develop effective solutions.
• Collaborative and effective with diverse stakeholders.
