Senior Ad Monetization Manager - Remote

We are a worldwide gaming loyalty platform operator and publisher. Our purpose is to enable free-to-play mobile game players to get rewarded for their hobby. We launched JustPlay in the US in 2020, and now our product is one of the leading loyalty rewards apps in the world. Our team is based in 19+ countries and our headquarters is in Berlin, Germany.

In Short

• Identify growth opportunities and develop strategies for mobile app ad monetization
• Manage bidding and waterfall configurations across the company’s mobile games portfolio (using MAX Mediation)
• Communicate and negotiate with advertising partners on commercial deals, and resolve technical issues (bugs, discrepancies, creative quality, SDK updates)
• Lead and collaborate with cross-functional teams to optimize ad product monetization
• Develop dashboards and monitor KPIs for ad performance (e.g., eCPM, ARPDAU, IMPDAU)
• Stay abreast of the advertising landscape and apply emerging trends to mobile games
• Drive innovation in ad products

Requirements

• Demonstrate a minimum of three years’ experience in mobile advertising
• Possess a solid understanding of how the mobile gaming industry operates
• Maintain up-to-date knowledge of global waterfall optimization strategies
• Execute manual tasks and perform deep dives into data
• Operate autonomously with a self-motivated approach
• Communicate fluently in both written and spoken English
• Embrace a passion for automation, processes, and systems, with technology at the core
• Bring a passion for mobile gaming and data-driven decision making
