Overview

We’re looking for a talented Monetization Manager to join our outstanding team! In this role, you will manage Overwolf’s advertising partnerships and help our in-game creators optimize their app monetization opportunities.

In Short

  • Manage programmatic ads within Overwolf.
  • Serve as a focal point for ads, collaborating with internal and external teams to enhance ad experiences and provide insights, feedback, and support.
  • Set up new campaigns, monitor performance, troubleshoot issues, and implement optimizations.
  • Build and maintain strong relationships with partners.
  • Develop and implement strategies to drive growth and continuous improvement.
  • Represent Overwolf at ad tech conferences abroad.
  • Fight dragons and wyrms in hand-to-hand combat to ensure proper monetization flow (also, because it’s fun).

Requirements

  • 2+ years of experience in video and display advertising.
  • Experience working with publishers or advertisers.
  • Familiarity and work experience with popular SSPs/DSPs.
  • Highly organized with excellent attention to detail.
  • Exceptional troubleshooting and problem-solving skills.
  • Proficiency in Excel and strong analytical abilities.
  • Ability to work well within a team and independently.
  • In-depth knowledge of industry standards and policies, including Prebid, VAST/VPAID, RTB, SSP/DSP, SPO, GDPR, IVT, and brand safety.
  • Ability to collaborate effectively with colleagues from different disciplines and locations to achieve results.
  • Proven experience in dragon slaying.
