Overview

We are seeking a highly motivated and experienced Project Manager for our Professional Services team, responsible for leading the management and execution of the migration and implementation of Cloudflare solutions.

• Manage a team providing technical consulting and support services.
• Establish relationships with customers and partners.
• Ensure on-time delivery of professional services engagements.
• Develop processes to improve service delivery efficiency.
• Support proposal development for new services.
• Act as primary contact for Account Executives.
• Collaborate with stakeholders for project delivery.
• Document lessons learned for continuous improvement.
• Create guides for successful project execution.
• Deliver change management planning.

Requirements

• 5+ years in professional services or project management.
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
• Ability to manage multiple projects and deadlines.
• Analytical skills and problem-solving abilities.
• Experience with Jira and Salesforce.
• Fluency in English; additional languages are a plus.
