Overview

Omatic Software is seeking highly motivated and results-driven Account Executives to join our dynamic sales team, focusing on helping social impact organizations drive their missions through technology.

In Short

  • Build strong relationships with clients and drive sales.
  • Meet or exceed sales targets (monthly, quarterly, annual).
  • Conduct prospecting calls and develop new client relationships.
  • Consult with clients on needs analysis and business objectives.
  • Develop proposals and deliver strategic sales presentations.
  • Access to industry-leading sales tools including GONG, Salesloft, and Salesforce.
  • Personalized sales development and coaching.
  • Work in a fun and energetic culture.
  • Impact the work nonprofits are doing to make the world a better place.
  • Hybrid work schedule with preference for local candidates.

Requirements

  • 1-2 years of experience managing a sales territory.
  • Proven record of meeting and exceeding sales targets.
  • Strong work ethic and positive attitude.
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
  • Experience with Nonprofit or Integration tech preferred.
  • Experience with Salesforce and Raiser’s Edge preferred.
  • Knowledge of nonprofit accounting processes and solutions.
