  • Serve as a strategic HR partner to executive leaders and client groups, fostering an environment of trust and collaboration.
  • Lead the development and execution of workforce planning, organizational design, and talent development.
  • Influence leadership decision-making with data-driven recommendations.
  • Lead change navigation efforts, ensuring smooth transitions through company growth, restructuring, or process improvements.
  • Identify and mitigate potential organizational risks while optimizing team effectiveness.
  • Partner with leaders to develop and retain top talent, ensuring robust succession planning.
  • Drive leadership capability-building initiatives that enhance people management skills.
  • Collaborate with P&C Centers of Excellence (COEs) to deliver initiatives that reinforce the company’s culture and values.
  • Drive the annual performance management cycle.
  • Provide guidance to employees and managers on conflict resolution and complex people issues.

Requirements

  • 12+ years of successful HR business partnering experience.
  • 7+ years progressively responsible experience in HR leadership.
  • Bachelor's Degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or related field OR equivalent related work experience.
  • Core knowledge of human resources principles, concepts, and processes.
  • A strong business acumen with a track record of influencing business outcomes through people strategies.
  • Expertise in organizational design, leadership coaching, change management, and talent strategy.
  • Exceptional communication, presentation and stakeholder management skills.
  • Ability to manage multiple priorities and initiatives exercising sound judgement.
  • Strong analytical mindset—ability to use people data to drive insights and recommendations.
  • Ability to travel approximately 25% to meetings as needed.
