Overview

As a Sr. Sales Compensation Analyst at Olo, you will play a critical role in designing and managing variable incentive plans while supporting pricing strategies within a high-growth tech environment.

  • Design and manage variable incentive plans for the Go-To-Market team.
  • Maintain understanding of commission plans to explain strategies and calculations.
  • Manage quarterly variable pay calculations.
  • Collaborate with payroll for accurate compensation distribution.
  • Identify improvements to compensation plans and policies.
  • Train team members on compensation structures and performance visibility.
  • Analyze pricing strategies and their financial impacts.
  • Ensure compliance with SOX controls related to compensation and pricing.
  • Perform audits of sales contracts and commission calculations.
  • Work with cross-functional teams to align on pricing guidelines.

Requirements

  • 3+ years in sales compensation, FP&A, or sales operations.
  • Expertise in Google Sheets or Excel with advanced modeling skills.
  • Experience with commission planning software like Everstage or Pigment.
  • Ability to interpret contracts and ensure business alignment.
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
  • Knowledge of Salesforce for reporting needs.
  • Strong interpersonal skills with dynamic sales teams.
  • Creative problem-solving capabilities.
  • Legally authorized to work in the United States.
