Overview

OLIPOP is searching for a highly organized and systems driven Manager, Commercial Operations Project & Enablement to join our team to play a critical role in organizing, managing, and building key initiatives & systems to support both our commercial and sales teams.

In Short

  • Manage and organize key initiatives and systems for commercial and sales teams.
  • Cross-functionally collaborate with various teams to ensure effective communication and training.
  • Oversee all phases of project lifecycle from initiation to closure.
  • Utilize project management software to track and report on activities.
  • Engage with stakeholders to understand needs and expectations.
  • Develop and maintain project documentation and performance databases.
  • Implement best practices for continuous improvement.
  • Train new hires and maintain product and portfolio assets.
  • Adapt and grow management style aligned with company values.
  • Work in a fast-paced environment with a focus on personal growth.

Requirements

  • 4+ years of project management or sales enablement experience.
  • Proficient in project management tools (e.g., Asana).
  • Strong problem-solving and communication skills.
  • Self-motivated and detail-oriented.
  • Ability to manage multiple priorities in a dynamic environment.
  • Experience in web technologies and software platforms.
