The Director of Retail Operations at OLIPOP will manage overall retail operations, ensuring effective communication and collaboration with various teams and partners to maximize retail success.

• Manage overall retail operations budget.

Requirements

• 7-10 years of sales operations experience in a CPG company.
• Experience developing sales operations tools.
• Strong written and verbal communication skills.
• Excellent negotiation skills.
• Prior key account experience preferred.
• Experience managing brokers and third-party partners.
• Ability to work cross-functionally with internal departments.
• Strong leadership skills.
• Experience with Wiser or similar CRM system.
