The Director of Operations at JLL is responsible for overseeing mechanical, electrical, and plumbing operations at the medical center campus, ensuring high infrastructure availability and client satisfaction.

Requirements

• Extensive knowledge of mechanical, electrical, plumbing systems.

• Proficient in CMMS and standard office IT systems.
• Experience in healthcare facilities maintenance is desired.
• Business acumen in financial planning and analysis.
• Ability to develop training programs based on assessments.
• Understanding of safety and environmental concerns.
