Oleria is seeking an experienced Senior Technical Account Manager to join their growing go-to-market team, focusing on improving cybersecurity for enterprise SaaS applications.

In Short

  • Key technical pre and post-sales role
  • Work with account executives and customer success managers

  • Collaborate with sales to drive pipeline and conduct demos

  • Manage customer onboarding and adoption
  • Support contract renewals
  • Work in a dynamic startup environment

Requirements

  • 5+ years as a Technical Account Manager or similar role
  • In-depth understanding of cybersecurity concepts
  • Excellent customer service and problem-solving skills
  • Proven account management and sales success
  • Strong technical acumen and interpersonal skills
  • Ability to self-prioritize in a startup environment
  • Experience with Salesforce and Google Workspace
  • Excellent communication and leadership skills
  • Bachelor's degree in a related field or equivalent experience
