Overview

Oleria is seeking a highly motivated and experienced Enterprise Account Executive to drive revenue growth within the Central United States, focusing on acquiring new enterprise customers and contributing directly to the company’s success.

In Short

  • Proactively identify and qualify potential enterprise customers.
  • Develop and execute a comprehensive sales strategy.
  • Leverage existing channel partner relationships.
  • Conduct product demonstrations and presentations.
  • Manage the entire sales cycle from contact to closing.
  • Build and maintain a robust sales pipeline.
  • Collaborate with internal teams for customer success.
  • Maintain accurate records of sales activities.
  • Provide regular reports on sales progress.

Requirements

  • 7+ years of experience in enterprise software sales.
  • Success in acquiring new large enterprise customers.
  • Proven ability to generate leads and build a sales pipeline.
  • Established relationships with channel partners.
  • Deep understanding of the IAM/IGA landscape.
  • Exceptional communication and presentation skills.
  • Strong negotiation and closing skills.
  • Results-oriented mindset and strong work ethic.
  • Bachelor's degree preferred.
  • Ability to travel as needed.
