Overview

As the Internal Communications Manager & Live Events Producer, you will define and lead the strategy and event production for enterprise-wide internal communications, crafting innovative storytelling strategies and creating content that inspires and engages Okta’s global team members.

In Short

• Develop and champion Okta’s culture and vision through storytelling and events.
• Own the strategy and execution of Company All Hands meetings.
• Conceptualize and deliver dynamic video and digital assets.
• Collaborate with senior leaders on communications initiatives.
• Manage event production and logistics coordination.
• Ensure effective channel planning for communications.
• Develop strategic campaigns and digital storytelling experiences.
• Produce engaging multimedia assets for internal channels.
• Advise senior leadership on communications strategies.
• Assess the impact of initiatives on employee engagement.

Requirements

• 5-7 years of experience in communications or creative production.
• Proven track record in high-impact content development.
• Strong attention to detail and commitment to quality.
• Strong storytelling and design sensibility.
• Proficiency in Adobe Creative Suite and video editing tools.
• Excellent project management skills.
• Strong interpersonal skills for collaboration.
