Overview

The Senior Software Engineer role at OFX involves delivering high quality code and collaborating with team members to design solutions in an agile environment.

In Short

• Work closely with Tech Lead and Engineering Manager.
• Deliver efficient code adhering to OFX standards.
• Take ownership of work and collaborate effectively.
• Assist with deployments, QA, and level 3 support.
• Work collaboratively to deliver user stories.
• Create solutions and conduct spikes with the team.
• Participate in code reviews and proof of concepts.
• Maintain communication with stakeholders.
• Document solutions and guides for troubleshooting.
• Continuously learn and acquire new skills.

Requirements

• Experience with C# and .NET.
• Knowledge of Git and CI/CD.
• Experience with unit testing and automated test suites.
• Understanding of Agile methodologies.
• Experience with Microservices architecture.
• Familiarity with PostgreSQL databases.
• Experience designing RESTful APIs.
• Experience with AWS or other public clouds.
• Experience with serverless compute and Docker.
