Regulatory Analyst - Remote

Overview

The Regulatory Analyst will be responsible for ensuring compliance with all applicable healthcare regulations, policies, and procedures. This role involves researching, interpreting, and communicating regulatory requirements, as well as developing and implementing strategies to maintain compliance across our operations.

• Conduct internal audits and assessments to identify compliance gaps.
• Provide training on regulatory requirements and compliance best practices.
• Maintain accurate documentation of all regulatory activities.
• Manage third-party risk management program operations.
• Contribute to the continuous improvement of regulatory processes.

Requirements

• Strong organizational skills and project management capabilities.
• Understanding of federal and state healthcare regulations.
• Excellent interpersonal and communication skills.
• Ability to manage deliverables from multiple parties under deadlines.
• Comfort with ambiguity and autonomy in work.
• Experience in a technology company is preferred.
• Bachelor's degree in Public Health, Life Sciences, or related field preferred.
• Minimum 2 years of experience in regulatory compliance.
• Healthcare and HIPAA experience preferred.
• Compliance certification is a plus.
