Regulatory Data Analyst - Remote

Overview

The Regulatory Data Analyst will be responsible for day-to-day production, maintenance, and development of regulatory reports and data solutions at ServiceMac, focusing on understanding business processes and data, interpreting customer requirements, and developing meaningful analysis and reports.

In Short

• Develop operational, management, and exception reports using T-SQL.
• Create ad-hoc reporting for individual regulatory requests.
• Interpret regulatory requirements into actionable specifications.
• Mine, analyze, and interpret data from multiple sources.
• Work closely with multiple business units to define requirements.
• Perform tests for validity, reasonableness, and accuracy.
• Assist in developing documentation of existing reports.
• 1 - 5 years of experience as a data analyst.
• Strong proficiency with Microsoft T-SQL and Excel.
• Experience with Mortgage Servicing preferred.

Requirements

• Formal SQL query language training or certification.
• Proficiency in SQL query language, preferably Microsoft T-SQL.
• Expert knowledge of Microsoft Office Suite, especially Excel.
• Ability to communicate effectively with customers and management.
• Experience in a financial or banking environment.
• Familiarity with MSP as a mortgage servicing platform preferred.
