Product Manager, Enterprise Ecosystems - Remote

Overview

As a Product Manager at Offchain Labs, you will be leading efforts to bridge the gap between enterprise needs and blockchain technology, working closely with partners to ensure product success and alignment with market trends.

In Short

• Work with enterprise customers to strategize and deliver applications on Offchain Labs technology.
• Coordinate with internal engineering teams for client success support.
• Gather customer requirements to discover new product opportunities.
• Act as the primary contact for strategic partners throughout their development lifecycle.
• Assist infrastructure teams in building solutions for the Orbit ecosystem.
• Support customer onboarding and sales by promoting Arbitrum technology.
• Prioritize development of services based on client feedback.
• Resolve partner inquiries and provide support for seamless integration.

Requirements

• 3-5 years of experience in product management or a related technical role.
• Strong client management skills and experience supporting partners.
• Passion for and understanding of blockchain technologies.
• Demonstrated experience in a client-facing role or as a consultant.
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
• Ability to navigate technical details while prioritizing business needs.
• Flexible team member comfortable with ownership and ambiguity.
• Degree in Computer Science or Economics, or relevant experience.
• Experience at a high-growth technology company is preferred.
