Associate Enterprise Systems Product Manager - Remote

Overview

This role is responsible for optimizing and scaling Motive's Front Office and Back Office systems and workflows to support rapid international expansion, focusing on process efficiencies within the Salesforce ecosystem and other enterprise applications.

In Short

• Improve the efficiency, scalability, and reliability of Front and Back Office systems.
• Partner with Sales, Finance, Customer Success, and other stakeholders.
• Drive initiatives on Salesforce and other enterprise applications.
• Draft design documents and manage communications.
• Collaborate with Systems Administration, Development, QA, and Support teams.

Requirements

• Understanding of Front and Back Office business processes related to CRM.
• 3+ years of experience with CRM platforms.
• Basic understanding of Accounting and Revenue principles.
• Experience with mid-senior business stakeholders.
• Ability to translate business problems into user stories.
• Strong problem-solving and analytical skills.
• Ability to explain complex systems clearly.
