In Short

• Build and maintain relationships with CEX’s and deepen collaboration with Arbitrum ecosystem.
• Provide strategic advice to founders and team members on TGE success.
• Build relationships with liquid funds and market makers.
• Lead new consumer growth initiatives within the partnerships team.
• Collect external feedback to shape company strategy.
• Collaborate with companies for their migration to Arbitrum.

Requirements

• Experience in blockchain ecosystems.
• Strong passion for blockchain technologies.
• Exceptional interpersonal skills for complex partnerships.
• Experience driving alignment from internal stakeholders.
• Public speaking skills for technical and non-technical audiences.
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills in English.
• Experience with high-growth technology companies.
• Wide professional network in the Web3 industry.
• Business development experience in the crypto industry is a plus.
