In Short

• Manage eCommerce demand generation agency and execute digital marketing campaigns.
• Optimize paid media performance and develop compelling content.
• Drive awareness, engagement, and conversion for Barista Underground (BU).
• Work cross-functionally with internal teams and external agencies.
• Analyze campaign performance metrics such as ROAS and CAC.
• Manage email marketing campaigns to enhance engagement and conversion.
• Create and design marketing content ensuring brand consistency.
• Build and manage a seasonal marketing calendar.
• Collaborate with eCommerce manager for aligned marketing efforts.
• Proficiency in digital marketing tools like Meta Ads Manager and Google Ads.

Requirements

• 5+ years of experience in digital marketing, demand generation, or paid media.
• Proven ability to develop and execute paid digital campaigns.
• Experience in managing creative design and copy output.
• Strong analytical skills for optimizing campaign metrics.
• Experience managing agencies and working with marketing partners.
• Proficiency in digital marketing tools and platforms.
• Ability to create engaging marketing content.
• Strong project management skills.
• Excellent communication and collaboration skills.
