The Communications Associate helps create and execute an effective communications program to keep key stakeholders informed and engaged, contributing to Octave’s mission of clear communication.

• Execute communications strategies supporting business objectives.

• Collaborate with Clinical, Talent Acquisition, and Partnerships teams.
• Support public relations efforts and collaborate with PR agencies.

Requirements

• At least 3 years of communications experience.
• PR agency experience preferred.
• Experience with email platforms and project management tools preferred.
• Strong oral, written, and interpersonal communication skills.
• Detail-oriented with a passion for writing.
• Ability to prioritize effectively in a fast-moving environment.
