Overview

The Clinical Consult Liaison will contribute to Octave’s mission of expanding access by executing operational processes that allow Octave to quickly grow its team of providers.

In Short

  • Ensure providers are set up for success before they see their first Octave client.
  • Partner with internal cross-functional teams.
  • Track and monitor hired pipelines of new providers.
  • Initiate internal onboarding, credentialing, and background check processes.
  • Troubleshoot issues that new providers may face.
  • Participate in initiatives/projects to identify, scope, and implement opportunities for increased efficiencies.
  • Become a subject matter expert in our tools and workstreams to iterate and improve them as we grow and scale.
  • Document processes in an easy to understand manner.
  • Drive engagement and proactive outreach to the providers assigned to you at onboarding.
  • Reduce the time to onboard providers and chase target goals so clients can receive care faster.

Requirements

  • Minimum 3 years of experience working in an administrative or project management capacity.
  • Experience and understanding of the mental health or healthcare industry preferred.
  • Strong roots in customer service, both internal and external.
  • Detail oriented and impeccable organizational skills are a must.
  • Excellent verbal and written communication and can adapt your approach to multiple groups.
  • Ability to work independently, meet deadlines, and engage stakeholders effectively.
  • Self-starter, willing to roll up your sleeves and be proactive and solution oriented.
  • Nimble and open to frequent change, iterative processes, and operating in a testing culture.
  • Flexibility in role and the willingness to go outside of the exact job responsibilities is a requirement.
