Overview

The Account Executive is responsible for building client relationships with enterprise businesses within their region, focusing on the clients’ requirements and pain points.

In Short

  • Build and own an end-to-end customer life cycle from prospecting to closing business.
  • Aggressively prospect and develop sales pipeline within enterprise accounts.
  • Close business to exceed bookings quota.
  • Assist business partners in identifying target accounts.
  • Familiar with solution-based selling and managing complex sales processes.
  • 10+ years of sales and account management experience.
  • Proven ability to manage and close new client relationships.
  • Experience with software distributed complex analytics architectures.
  • Track record of exceeding sales quotas.
  • Ability to work with multiple clients and develop a sales pipeline.

Requirements

  • 10+ years of sales and account management experience.
  • Extensive expertise in Big Data, data warehouse, business intelligence, and analytics.
  • Ability to sell software and managed services.
  • Strong collaboration and relationship building skills.
  • Experience with CRM and MEDDPICC sales qualification methodology.
  • Track record of hitting $2M+ bookings per year.
  • Experience selling at a start-up company is a plus.
  • Understanding of competitive database and solution architectures.
  • Ability to communicate complex technical concepts effectively.
  • Provide customer references.
