Requirements

• Graduate of an accredited school of nursing.
• 3 years of experience in a clinical setting.
• Experience with electronic medical records and Microsoft Office.
• Preferred experience in case management or care coordination.
• Current Registered Nurse (RN) License in Alabama.
• Preferred certification as a Case Manager (CCM).
• Proficiency in computer software and web-based applications.
• Effective verbal and written communication skills.
• Good organizational and time management skills.
• Ability to work independently and demonstrate good judgement.
