Remote Manager, Case Management

Overview

In this position you will lead this department in meeting their care management goals, responsible for outreach to select patients and project management.

In Short

• Managing departmental expectations including staff hiring and performance improvement.
• Creating and monitoring KPIs and metrics.
• Project management and delegation of duties.
• Prioritizing data, tasks, and requirements.
• Representing Guidehealth for BCBS audits.
• Overseeing all projects and PHM activities.
• Ensuring access to EMR systems for staff.
• Monitoring staff maintenance of HIPAA regulations.
• Communicating with IPA Administrators and Client Business Managers.
• Identifying and disseminating Health Plan announcements.

Requirements

• Registered Nursing Degree with 5+ years management experience.
• 5+ years of related work experience managing a team.
• Knowledge in project management and evidenced based practices.
• Experience working with complex data sets.
• Healthcare data experience.
