Overview

We are seeking a Case Management Processor to join a national Managed Care Organization on a temporary-to-permanent basis, providing non-clinical support to the Case Management team.

In Short

  • Provide administrative support to the Case Management staff.
  • Conduct initial review and triage of Case Management tasks.
  • Review data to identify key member needs.
  • Screen members using organizational policies.
  • Coordinate necessary services based on the member’s benefit plan.
  • Foster communication internally and externally.
  • Generate and review reports for case management activities.
  • Provide telephone support and research information.
  • Maintain accurate documentation.
  • Ensure confidentiality of member information.

Requirements

  • High School Diploma or G.E.D.
  • 1-3 years of experience in an administrative support role in healthcare.
  • Excellent customer service skills.
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
  • Working knowledge of medical terminology.
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
  • Proficient in PC usage and data entry.
  • High regard for confidential information.
  • Must live in PST Time Zone.
