Overview

This position involves delivering personalized and generalized learning/training programs to OCHIN members, focusing on workflow design and optimization in the Ambulatory Clinics.

In Short

  • Deliver interactive training programs to meet learning objectives.
  • Perform workflow validation within the OCHIN Epic System.
  • Provide feedback on training materials and workflows.
  • Assist in designing and enhancing training programs.
  • Collect and analyze member feedback on training sessions.
  • Support members with integration of Epic OCHIN system.
  • Facilitate workflow design sessions for member operations.
  • Create and maintain training documentation and videos.
  • Work independently and collaboratively in a remote environment.
  • Travel up to 50% nationally for training and support.

Requirements

  • Bachelor’s degree in a related field with 3 years’ experience.
  • 5+ years of experience delivering adult training.
  • Experience with Epic applications and Ambulatory training.
  • EpicCare Ambulatory Certification preferred.
  • Experience supporting Behavioral Health is desired.
  • Knowledge of workflow mapping and design.
  • 2+ years in Instructional Design required.
  • Ability to connect training content to clinical outcomes.
  • Strong project management skills.
  • Must be able to work in a distraction-free home office.
