Overview

The Oregon Health Authority has an exciting opportunity for an experienced Research Analyst to join an excellent team as a Behavioral Health Research & Data Analyst (RA4). This role involves analyzing data related to behavioral health and contributing to health policy and analytics.

Requirements

  • Bachelor’s or graduate degree with coursework in statistics.
  • Three years of experience in data analysis and project management.
  • Experience with statistical software (SAS, SQL) and data visualization tools.
  • Experience in health outcomes or healthcare delivery systems research.
  • Proficiency in producing reports and dashboards.
  • Quantitative and qualitative problem-solving skills.
  • Experience with Medicaid programs or social services is a plus.
  • Commitment to addressing health disparities.
  • Strong communication skills and attention to detail.
  • Ability to work collaboratively in a team environment.
