Research Analyst - Data Hub - Remote

Overview

The Research Analyst will join JLL's APAC Research team to maintain and enrich proprietary property, company, and transaction data within their Research database, ensuring data accuracy and supporting the research of the commercial property sector.

In Short

• Maintain and enrich data in the Research database.
• Input data from third-party sources.
• Search for and correct missing or inaccurate information.
• Monitor data quality dashboards.
• Participate in ad hoc data management projects.
• Support the research team with data uploads and analysis.
• Provide training and guidance to team members.
• Ensure productivity and efficiency levels meet business requirements.
• Actively participate in developing best practices and training materials.
• Work closely with stakeholders to meet their needs.

Requirements

• Bachelor's degree with equivalent work experience in research or operations.
• 0-1 year of industry experience.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Word and Excel.
• Experience with property management systems preferred.
• Strong organizational and communication skills.
• Ability to work under pressure and prioritize tasks.
• Experience with ArcGIS, Tableau, PowerBI, and Python preferred.
• Attention to detail and good interpersonal skills required.
