Senior Analyst, Client Technology Service Delivery - Remote

Overview

The Senior Analyst for Client Technology Service Delivery is responsible for ensuring IT client technology support across O-I locations, managing incident and request management processes, and maintaining relationships with IT external providers.

In Short

• Provide IT service support for O-I locations.
• Manage incident and request management processes.
• Ensure compliance with ITIL processes.
• Document and approve changes within the ITSM tool.
• Maintain SCCM infrastructure and deployment software.
• Handle communication regarding system outages and changes.
• Develop relationships with business stakeholders and IT suppliers.
• Ensure adherence to local and global policies.
• Be available after-hours for escalations.
• Work in a hybrid model, on-site 2 days a week.

Requirements

• University degree in information technology or related discipline.
• 5 years of IT experience in a technical position.
• 4 years as an IT service delivery lead.
• Advanced English proficiency (B2+).
• ITIL certification preferred.
• Experience with Windows PC administration.
• Knowledge of Active Directory and Group Policy management.
• Experience with scripting.
• Familiarity with software deployment tools like Adaptiva.
• Ability to work in a fast-paced environment.
